Bill has practiced law since 1978. Over his career, he has provided exceptional legal service to clients from all walks of life. Bill is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Vermont, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Bill is a graduate of Lehigh University and Vermont Law School. Bill has vast experience in many areas of law, including school law, construction law, estate planning, probate litigation, and commercial transactions.
Andrew is a graduate of Vermont Law School and joined the Vermont Bar in 2016. Andrew works on a broad range of cases, including civil litigation, business law, real estate law, probate litigation and estate planning.
Sean is a graduate of New York University and Brooklyn Law School.
Sean is involved in the firm’s estate planning, real estate, homeowners association and business law practices.
Sean is licensed in New York and Vermont.
Greg obtained his B.A. from Harvard before going on to law school at New York University where he graduated in 1974.
After practicing in New York City the appeal of owning a small ski lodge brought Greg to Vermont where he has been ever since. He is involved in the firm’s litigation practice and real estate law.
Eric comes to the firm with an extensive financial industry background. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Legal Procedure and from Regent University School of Law with a Master’s degree in Law. He is currently participating in the Vermont Law Office Study Program.

Betsy has worked with Bill Meub since 1989 in various roles: Receptionist, Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Office Manager and Paralegal.
Betsy continues to act as Bill’s main paralegal assisting in corporate law, estate planning, general litigation, personal injury, and probate law.
Betsy enjoys the challenge of crafting documents and working closely with the attorneys and other members of the firm.
Linda is a long-time legal assistant. She began her career in Rutland after graduating from Castleton University in 1988.
Linda Started working at Meub Associates, PLC in the summer of 2006. She had previously worked for Bill Meub for 10 years after graduating from college.
Linda provides paralegal support in a number of different areas including real estate, homeowner association law, family law and estate planning.
Maddie started working for Bill Meub in 2018 as his receptionist. She took on the roles of bookkeeper and legal assistant in 2020.
Maddie acts as an assistant to everyone in the office.
